The Corner Store

Literally wedged into a corner of More Than Words card shop is The Corner Store, an aptly named minimart of cool Americana giftware. Owner Peter Ash Lee, creative director of Corduroy magazine, focuses on small handcrafted accessories from emerging U.S. design studios. Popular pieces include plant pots dipped in paint, by artists in California’s San Bernardino National Forest, and silkscreened gift cards from Brooklyn’s Rose Lazar.
